Driving Rules & Regulations in California:
California state law requires that when you are traveling in a motor vehicle, the driver and all passengers must wear their seat belt at all times. Children weighing less than 60 pounds and under the age of 6 years old must be secured in a child safety seat. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious offense in California. A person is considered legally drunk when his or her blood alcohol level reaches .08%. It is illegal for anyone less than 21 years old to consume alcohol in any quantity at any time in California. In California, parking meters and painted curbs are in operation and are closely monitored 24 hours a day by the authorities. Citations and fines are expenseve; to avoid them, be sure to read all parking signs carefully before parking your car.

Deposit Requirements:
Our authorization deposit amount will vary depending on the type and value of the vehicle you rent. Exotic and high-end luxury vehicles will require larger authorization amount. Deposit requires major credit card and age requirement is 25 with proof of full coverage insurance
Refund Policy:
Dream Auto Rentals, Inc. reserves the right to determine the amount of a refund if a situation is due to mechanical error of our vehicle(s). If mechanical error is due to driver neglect or carelessness, no refund will be considered. Although our vehicles are meticulously maintained, they are still man made and susceptible to unforseen circumstances

Most of the time, delivery of vehicles can be arranged
Rental Requirements:
All drivers must present a valid driver's license and credit card in their own name. Driver's must have a safe driving record and may be subject to a DMV check. Full coverage insurance is required on all our vehicles and must be verified prior to rental.
No Smoking Policy:
At NO TIME will smoking be permitted in any of our vehicles
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice
- 48 hours or more cancellation notices are atNO CHARGE
- Less than 48 hours cancellation notices are subject to ONE FULL DAY RENTAL charge plus all applicable taxes
Holiday Hours:
Please give us a call if you will be returning the vehicle on a holiday so we can discuss our hours of operation
Rental Rates:
All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period. Our vehicles are not available on an hourly rate
Refueling Charge:
You will be provided a full tank of gas at the time of your rental. We ask that you return the vehicle with the same level of gasoline. All our vehicles require premium gas. The fuel level amount will be printed on your rental contract. If you return it with less gasoline, we will charge you $5.50 per gallon used. (rate is subject to change based on current gas prices)
Late Charge:
We do offer a 1 hour grace period. If you exceed the 24 hour period by more than 1 hour, a per hour late charge will apply to each hour late (starting from the first late hour) until you reach the daily rate. When the total and fee reaches the additional day rate, (five hours), you will be charged only an additional day. The late fee policy will then apply on the next day if needed.
2nd Choice Vehicle:
Although we will try our best to provide you with the vehicle of your choice, we ask for you to choose an alternate vehicle in the event your first choice becomes becomes unavailable. Unfortunately, we have no control over vehicles not being returned by customers on time or if the vehicle is returned with physical or mechanical damage.
